看到这个问题，我上网查了一下成都市教育局蜘蛛网，并没有任何相关的政策文件，网上都是“教育局表示”，“相关人员表示”。大多数都是捕风捉影，在此臆测。
在此，我个人认为是各地为了响应2018年“两会”中提到的三点半问题。对此问题，教育部长陈宝生明确表态，已经给25省下发了通知，让各省结合自己的实际情况，多种模式解决家长头疼的“三点半”问题。不仅成都，很多城市都制定了相关政策解决家长难题。哈尔滨市花园小学由班主任和科任老师举办免费兴趣班，长春市启动“蓓蕾计划”，切实解决家长难题。
对此，我从两个方面谈谈我的看法。
先说老师吧。我本身也是老师，知道很多老师对此是持反对意见。首先，消耗我们大量时间和精力。老师们选择这个行业，大多数都是看中老师假期多，上班时间段，并不是为了好的工资待遇才来这一行的。
虽然政府明确表示不会让老师无偿奉献，会采取政府购买的措施，但是大多数教师对此并不感冒。老师们有自己的孩子家人，也想在空闲时间陪伴自己的孩子。对此很多老师持反对意见。也有高校志愿者服务模式，但是同样需要部分教师留守学校。很多老师并不赞成此方案。
其次，收入难以保障。即使明确表示政府购买，老师们在这么多年涨工资的空口号下，也对此抱着观望态度。很多老师即使牺牲了自己的时间和精力，最后还是微薄的报酬，然后再以师德的高尚绑架弱势的教师。
我们再来说说家长吧。家长对此持赞同态度居多（也有反对的，在此不赘述）。很多家长都是六点下班，难以在孩子放学时间接送孩子。而校外的良莠不齐的培训机构，也是让家长挑花了眼。他们更希望学校来延迟孩子离校，更相信学校教师辅导孩子。很多家长平时瞧不起老师，此时又希望老师奉献，不得不说是一种讽刺。
总的来说，虽然各方面有不同意见，但是还要实行，不管怎么说吧。都是为了孩子的教育。就像我们常说的：一切为了孩子，为了孩子的一切。
